Machine Base:
Made from anodized aluminum material – will not warp or
flex during cutting and will not corrode over time.

Cutting Head:
Ball bearings glide the head along the hardened aluminum
bar clamp for cutting ease. Two large adjustable Delrin
bushings fit the head firmly to the chrome plated steel
shaft – eliminates right and left head movement and
hooked cuts. The mat blades are held by removable
magazines – permits quick, safe, interchangeability and
cutting depth adjustments. The combined head and channel
design allows the cutting of 1/2" foam board at a
straight angle.

Sight Line
Gage: Control the start and end point of cut when using
pencil lines.

Mat Guide
Slide: Aluminum extrusion.

Pin Locator
System: Pin locator and mat gauge provides accurate and
repeatable settings for mat borders.
